Founders - Traci & Cory Manalani
Traci (she/her/hers) is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) as designated by the International Coach Federation and has decades of organization development experience. She is adept at designing and implementing comprehensive approaches that lead to sustainable outcomes focused on meeting each organization’s unique needs. Her expertise includes providing individual and team coaching as well as facilitating transformational programs. Traci’s 1:1 coaching encourages executives, leaders, and managers to recognize blind-spots and transform behaviors so they can achieve their full potential and catalyze their organizations to greatness. Traci’s systems coaching approach creates more cohesive teams and strengthens understanding that leads to strategic and sustainable solutions at a leveraged scale. Traci is a seasoned facilitator and has led programs that combine practical skill-building with mind-set growth, which has led to significant culture change within organizations. Traci boldly steps into challenging situations bolstered by her years of conflict-resolution experience and diplomatic relational skills.
Traci brings over 25 years’ experience as a leader, manager, consultant, and coach to all of her clients. She has lived and worked on three continents (North America, Asia, and Europe), and has experience with non-profit, government and corporate organizations (including Fortune 100). With over 4,000 hours of coaching experience and specialized training, Traci is also a mentor and supervisor for other coaches. Prior to working as an independent coach and consultant, Traci held key leadership roles and managed large groups so can relate to clients on a practical level.
Traci has her Masters in Psychology, is certified as a Professional Coach (PCC) through ICF, and has also completed two accredited coach certification programs: evidence-based coaching (EBC) through Fielding Graduate University, and organization and relationship systems coaching (ORSC) through CRR Global. Traci’s ORSC approach creates more cohesive teams and strengthens understanding that leads to strategic and sustainable solutions at a leveraged scale. Her EBC approach enables her to utilize strategies from a broad range of coaching theories to meet clients where they are in their development.
Cory (he/him/his) is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) as designated by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and brings over 25 years of experience working with teams, individuals and various clients in both corporate and non-profit organizations. Working as a coach, consultant and facilitator, Cory works with individuals, leaders, and teams at all levels. He is an expert listener, which enhances his coaching and he has cultivated a niche in helping others to constructively manage conflict.
Cory utilizes a three-pronged approach with clients that includes skills-building, a mind-set focus and a systems-perspective. Coaching is the primary modality as it is facilitative rather than directive, to tap into the creativity and resourcefulness inherent with each client. All of his services are designed to promote learning, which goes beyond simply informing, as the aim is for transformation.
Cory brings to his engagements, over twenty five years’ experience as a leader, manager, consultant and coach. He has lived and worked on two continents (North America and Asia) and has experience with corporate and non-profit organizations. Prior to working as an independent coach and consultant, Cory held key leadership roles and managed teams.
As a coach, Cory has worked with leaders from all aspects of the business and is successful coaching those from technical (engineering, legal, etc.) to creative (marketing, development, etc.) backgrounds due to his relational agility.
Cory has significant experience working with teams including as a team leader, team facilitator and team coach. Skillfully empowering teams by strengthening cohesiveness and focusing on clarity, Cory is a catalyst for high performance and the achievement of results.
Cory is able to get real with clients quickly by establishing a mutually respectful relationship built on vulnerability-based trust. Cory meets people where they are at, helping them to get a clear sense of their current situation and desired future state so that they can cross edges and break through barriers. Cory facilitates a perfect balance of challenge and support, so that clients work through discomfort to transform their beliefs so that they can change unhelpful habits into deliberate acts of presence that catalyzes their leadership.
To deepen clients’ experiences, Cory also helps people understand and overcome their Immunity to Change through a process he was certified to facilitate. In his coaching with teams he utilizes approaches from his accreditation with the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and from participating in a comprehensive program for Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC).
Cory has a Master of Arts in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Management, is certified through Fielding Graduate University’s Evidence Based Coaching program and is a certified mediator in California.
Both domestically and internationally, he has held leadership roles, managed groups of staff and specialized in sales, marketing, fund development and client services.
