1-to-1 CoachingExecutive Coaching
We offer individualized coaching that is situational to the context that the leader is experiencing and can be for any duration that is appropriate for the leader to overcome obstacles, break through barriers, or seize opportunities. Regardless of the situation, we work to both support and challenge leaders so that they not only can solve for the moment, though also can build capability that is sustainable through mindset and behavioral change. Leadership Development We offer individualized and highly customized leadership development coaching that is typically a 6 – 9 month program focused around a plan that is co-created by the leader and the coach. This often includes a 360-feedback assessment and other types of awareness building assessments such as DiSC or MBTI. Coaching is focused on helping the leader achieve the shift/goal that they are seeking. |
TEAM COACHINGSystemic Team Coaching
We are qualified to coach the team-as-a-collective (system level) well beyond what most coaches offer. Through a discovery process with the team sponsor and/or entire team, we co-establish outcomes and design a customized coaching journey for the team to achieve their goals. We utilize various methods created for the collective to breakthrough barriers (short-term and longstanding), gain greater understanding of one another, build alignment, establish clarity of roles and goals, develop strategies, solve business challenges, and achieve goals. Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Framework We tap into a valuable resource utilizing the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive team assessment along with either a DiSC or All Types (e.g. MBTI) overlay that helps teams strengthen through a guided process that builds trust, enlivens productive conflict, solidifies commitment, enables accountability and leads to results. We can offer this through an off-site retreat experience or in smaller sessions over a period of a few months. |
