This comprehensive development program is customizable for people-leaders at all levels. The focus of this program is expanding one’s leadership mindset and deepening skillsets in a practical manner to strengthen employee commitment, engagement, and performance.
As most of the learning takes place through dialogue with other participants, we suggest cohorts with participants who have similar situations or levels of experience. |
This eight (8) month program includes the following activities:
- 360 feedback insights from the most advanced assessment on the market (The Leadership Circle Profile)
- A customized DiSC profile specifically focused on management
- Interactive practical skills-building workshops with immediate applicability
- One-to-one leadership coaching from a certified professional coach
- Co-designed individualized leadership strategies for implementation on-the-job
- A final capstone session for sharing of best-practices with others in the cohort.
